Commission work is completed in a first come first serve order. If you have an urgent project for me I’d like to do, we can arrange that for extra cost. I always hold the right to swap around the project order I work in, with the respected time frame discussed in mind.

Emails are checked and responded to between daily, but please allow some time for me to get back to you properly.
Custom orders always require a 75% non-refundable deposit. First-time clients are required to pay full balance upfront, unless we discussed different.
Remaining balance is due upon completion of order, but before receiving files. Orders will be given an estimated project end date in advance for customer satisfaction and payment deadline. Payment MUST be completed to receive orders.
Accepted forms of payment are: PayPal®, creditcard and bank transactions.
Once you purchased a pre-made design, your order can take up to 24 hours to be emailed. This depends on the adjustments you want on the design. For questions, dm or email me. No refunds after files are sent.
Under rare circumstances, this can take up longer. You will be contacted after your order if so.
You’ll receive a usage license upon receiving the files. This license explains what is allowed and what is not allowed to do with the files received. All exclusive designs and tools come with a commercial use license.
Download will be provided through email or a wetransfer. Be sure to enter a valid emailaddress. By buying a design, you become the owner of the design. Full rights included. Prices are excluding 21% VAT for European customers. Are you a business located in EU and have a VAT/TAX number? Send me an email at: info@dedonleon.com with your VAT/TAX number to receive an invoice without VAT. Outside Europe: price as displayed.
