*Please note* Dedonleon is an NL based company, therefore shipping from the Netherlands. For all deliveries outside the Netherlands, you will be responsible for any local taxes or duties associated with your purchase, if there are any.
Orders placed are usually dispatched within 48hrs. NL customers should receive item(s) 1-3 working days. Please allow up to 7-15 working days for international orders. Any questions regarding this, please get in touch via the contact page or email us at info@dedonleon.com.
Digital products (designs, tools, etc) are sent out through Wetransfer or email within 24 hours. Tools (brushes, font, mockups, etc) are sent directly and automatically after you complete checkout. Make sure to enter a valid and correct email address. If something isn’t working or if you have any questions. Contact info@dedonleon.com
Exclusive designs require a process time. This is due to any edits that are required by the client. You can use the tool for these changes when adding the product to your cart. Please allow at least 24 hours for me to deliver the files.
*Please note* Under rare circumstances it can take longer than 24 hours to receive your files. If this is the case, we will make sure to contact you.
*Please note* Dedonleon only allows color and text edits free of charge, any illustrative edits require a fee, email me to enquire about this.
Dedonleon does not accept returns. Instead we will refund you the amount per physical product if you choose to purchase the same items in a different size that fits. We do require proof of purchase for this and a valid reason for refunding. Digital products (designs, tools, etc) are never applicable for refund. This is because you receive the files for these products and we cannot risk/check if you are using the files after refund. Refunds for exclusive designs are only an option when the files have not been edited yet.

Dedonleon will not be held accountable for shipping/sending files to an address/email entered incorrectly at checkout. Make sure to double check.

This will let Dedonleon Designs to terminate upon violations of any of these restrictions. Upon termination, your viewing right will also be terminated and you should destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether it is printed or electronic format.
